By creating an account and using iFlight Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
iFlight Pro is a crew scheduling, gate intelligence, and crew communication tool designed for aviation professionals. The App provides flight status information, gate reports, weather data, layover information, and crew coordination features.
All information provided by the App — including gate assignments, flight status, weather data, and METAR reports — is for REFERENCE ONLY and must NOT be used as the sole basis for any operational aviation decision. Always defer to official airline, ATC, and FAA sources for operational decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. You may not share your account with others or use the App to impersonate another person.
You agree not to use the App to post false, misleading, or defamatory gate reports; harass other crew members; transmit malicious code; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Gate reports and other content submitted by users reflect individual experiences and are not verified by iFlight Pro. The App is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content.
All App content, design, and code are the property of iFlight Pro and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFlight Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on any flight or weather information displayed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Airport terminal amenity information (coffee, food, and other points of interest) is derived in part from OpenStreetMap.
