When you create an account, we collect your name, handle, email address, airline, home base, aircraft type, and position. We also collect your profile photo if provided. When you use the App, we collect your approximate location (for the layover map and crew connect features), gate reports you submit, and messages you send within the App.
We use your information to operate the App, display your profile to other crew members on the layover map and crew connect features, send you push notifications about gate assignments and flight alerts, and improve the App experience.
Your handle, profile photo, airline, position, and approximate location (when the map is active) are visible to other iFlight Pro users. Your full name and email address are never shared with other users.
The App uses third-party APIs for authentication, database storage, push notifications, flight status, weather data, and mapping features. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
If you choose to import your schedule from your device calendar, the App reads the calendar(s) you select solely to identify your flights. This processing happens entirely on your device — your calendar data is never uploaded to our servers. Only the derived flight schedule (flight numbers, airports, times) is stored, the same as a URL-imported schedule. You can revoke calendar access at any time in your device settings.
With your permission, we send push notifications for gate assignments, flight delays, and ground stops. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the App.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@iflightpro.com.
We use industry-standard security measures including app attestation and encrypted connections to protect your data.
The App is intended for aviation professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or email.
